How does the ShopX 2026 waitlist work?

Joining the waitlist is free and takes around 2 minutes. Waitlist members get first access to Early Bird tickets, speaker announcements, agenda previews, and selected partner updates before the public launch. There is no auto-charge; you will receive an invitation to claim your ticket once applications open.

When do tickets open, and how can I get an Early Bird ticket?

The ShopX 2026 waitlist closes on July 6, 2026. By joining the waitlist, you get the very first chance to claim an Early Bird ticket and secure one of the first slots to attend the event. A limited number of Early Bird tickets will be available with a 100% discount, making them free for selected waitlist members. Once the Early Bird phase ends, Standard tickets will open for public purchase at the regular price.

When and where will ShopX 2026 take place?

ShopX 2026 will take place on September 17, 2026, at New World Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The summit is designed as an APAC-focused AI e-commerce room for sellers, operators, agencies, SaaS teams, AI builders, media, and community leaders.

Many international attendees can apply for Vietnam's e-visa online, with options available for single or multiple entries depending on passport and travel needs. We recommend checking the official Vietnam e-visa portal before booking your trip. Once your ticket is confirmed, the ShopX team can provide an invitation letter on request.

How easy is it to fly to Saigon from APAC?

Saigon is well connected to major APAC hubs, with short direct flights from cities such as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, Manila, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Jakarta. For many regional attendees, the trip is short enough for a focused 2–3 night business stay without turning it into a full-week travel commitment.

What is the typical cost to attend from APAC?

Saigon is one of the more cost-efficient cities in APAC for a business trip. Compared with attending a similar e-commerce event in Singapore, the biggest saving is usually accommodation: a comfortable 4-star stay in Saigon is typically much easier to budget for than staying in Singapore for the same number of nights.

What language will the program run in?

The main program will run in English. Mandarin and Vietnamese support may be available for selected keynotes, Q&A, or networking moments depending on attendee needs. If you need language support, please flag it in the registration or waitlist form so the team can plan accordingly.

Will sessions be recorded?

Selected stage sessions are expected to be recorded and shared after the event where speaker permissions allow. However, workshops, private networking, sponsor meetings, and curated room conversations are designed to be in-person only, so the best value comes from being there live.

What should I wear?

Smart casual is perfect. ShopX is a working e-commerce summit, so come ready to learn, demo, and network, not to dress for a formal gala. Saigon in September is warm and humid with possible afternoon rain, so light layers and comfortable shoes are recommended.
